Man Made Apparel insures the best service on every order that as been fulfilled and strives to do so as adamantly and accurately as possible. For any reason any product is damaged or not as promised it can be returned within 14 days of receiving without any penalties. All other types of returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving.

For any reason any product is damaged or not as promised it can be returned within 14 days of receiving without any penalties. At this time payment of any type of return or exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All approved refunded payments of shipping will be refunded and may take up to 1-2 weeks from the date the item(s) was received. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

All other types of returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. However, after contacting us and receiving an approval, the order for the correct size or color can be placed. As soon as the desired item for return as been received we will issue you a refund with approval only. At this time payment of any type of return or exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All information needed to successfully return or exchange items will be given on approval via email

All sale items and items that have been purchased with a promo-code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any item that is returned without approval will have a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price.
